Our quesadillas are a full flour tortilla folded in half and filled with our seasoned white meat chicken and cheddar cheese. Just butter or oil both sides and place in a fry pan. Brown them up until the cheese gets melty and enjoy. Keep several in the freezer for a quick lunch idea.
